Then, coming twice a week for a custom workout, whether it be rehabilitation or muscle training, our at-home gym is perfect for your clean and enjoyable experience.

Breaking a Sweat
Need an extra push to get those weekly workouts in? Tired of thinking about what to do each time you want to train? Time to turn those tasks over to a master trainer and get a personally designed workout that will set you up for success in a fitness goal that is attainable. Here, you will be encouraged, educated and empowered to reach those goals. Each program is personally designed to fit your journey needs. With no two workouts the same, you are guaranteed to be pushed without being bored of the same old workouts.
Individual personal training . We offer one-on-one sessions and small group sessions with 2-4 people as well as in home sessions with a $50 minimum trip charge.. Recommended 2-3 times a week for a total investment of $360 - $1200 ( depending on your needs).

It all begins with a desire to be healthier. Where does your journey begin? Lets talk is a chance for us to see what journey is best for you. No charge, just book it!
CONSULTATION: If you are just starting this journey, book a consultation so we can see how I may best help set and achieve your goals. These sessions are 55 minutes.
TRAINING SESSIONS: If you are ready to start to achieve those goals, book a training package or nutrition package and lets reach those goals. These sessions are 50 minutes available in person or on zoom. We also offer small group sessions of 2-4 partners. Travel training sessions to your home are a bit more costly but perfect for the busy person.
NUTRITION MENU DEVELOPMENT: If you are ready to narrow down your food choices and have a menu planned out, this is the package for you. A combined total of 6 hours total. One to review you eating patterns. One to review what’s in your kitchen. One to shop for the new stuff for your kitchen. One to go over your personalized 5 day menu.
Monthly checkin Nutrition: Once you have started this journey, you may just want a monthly check in. A time to go over any questions and a reason to stay committed. These 30 minute sessions and are done on zoom.
